Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 50 years.
- Experience in Luxury Furniture Sales.
- A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in a sales management role.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
