Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.


  • Maximum age 50 years.
  • Experience in Luxury Furniture Sales.
  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
