Overview:
Do you have a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and a deep understanding of user-centered design? We are looking for a UX Specialist to join our team and enhance the usability and accessibility of our digital products. This role involves conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with developers to implement effective UX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create user personas and journey maps to understand and address user needs and behaviors.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to propose solutions that enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Evaluate existing applications and interfaces and make constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to ensure aesthetic quality aligns with usability standards.
- Keep current with UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience.
- Assist in content development that aligns with user needs and business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., UXPin, Balsamiq) and knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques (e.g., user research, data analysis).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
